After registering Hong Kong company, the next step is to open a bank account. If you choose to open a bank account in HSBC, there are usually the following situations:

1. All directors directly open accounts in Hong Kong;

2. All directors open offshore accounts in the mainland foreign banks;

3. If the company director cannot personally open an account in Hong Kong, please contact us for relevant solutions;

5. Documents required to open a company bank account:

The identification documents of the director (passport or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao ), original;

Original Business Registration Certificate (BR);

Original Certificate of Registration (CI);

Original company charter;

Company seal;

6. Notes for HSBC Account Opening

(1) Make an appointment one week in advance to make sure the account opening time;

(2) Bring an identity card, a valid entry or exit permit or passport;

(3) A copy of the business license of domestic companies, (the account holder must be a legal person or a shareholder);

(4) The purchases and sales invoices of domestic companies and contracts, as references for HSBC;

(5) The company's account should deposit 5,000 Hong Kong dollars (HKD5,000.00) and the private account should deposit 10,000 Hong Kong dollars (HKD10,000.00);

(6) If you want to open a comprehensive wealth management account including savings, checks, foreign currencies (11 types), online bank account and letter of credit account, a withdrawal card should be provided;

(7) There are two groups of bank passwords. The first group of passwords is sent to the client. The second group of passwords requires the client to go to the bank personally to verify his identity before receiving them;

(8) Only signature is required for the account opening instead of seals;

(9) When BVI open accounts and submits the information, the 2,000 Hong Kong dollars account fee will be deducted ( from the account) ;

(10) The credit certificate may or may not display the balance, but it must have a head;

(11) Video account opening is permitted in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Suzhou and other places.
