After registering Hong Kong company, the next step is to open a bank account. If you choose to open a bank account in Standard Chartered Bank, there are usually the following situations:

1. All directors directly open accounts in Hong Kong;

Hong Kong banks generally require all directors of the limited company to go to the bank to open an account. If the account signer or company director is a mainland Chinese, they must hold a Chinese passport or a Hong Kong and Macau passport to open an account.

2. All directors open offshore accounts in the mainland foreign banks;

If you do not have a passport, you can open an offshore account at a Hong Kong bank branch in China. Standard Chartered Bank has branches in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Directors of household signers and non-household signers can apply only if they have a Chinese ID card.

3. The service given by our company when opening an account:

We will recommend and contact the bank, and arrange for the account opening location and time for you.
